General Terms and Conditions

The indicated sales prices are calculated based on the regulation on the prices of medicinal products.

Up to the complete payment of the purchase price and of all past or future delivery of products within the business relationship - including any subsidiary claims - the delivered products shall be fully owned by Inresa Arzneimittel GmbH.

Up to that time, the customer is not entitled to assign the products to a third party or to transfer ownership to a third party for hedging.

Assignment of claim to factory bank or factory company requires our explicit acceptance in writing.

All shipped consignments, as well as carriage free delivery, are at the risk of the recipient.

Please ask for prices and delivery terms and payment terms for International Customers.

Exchange and repurchase of delivered products is only possible with our explicit agreement. Statutory place of delivery and payment is Freiburg / Germany.
